Marko studied at the Law Faculty in Podgorica and obtained a master degree at the University of Hamburg, Germany.

He has previously served in one of the region’s largest legal practices and is experienced in the advice for foreign investors.

Mr Ivković is a member of the Montenegrin Bar Association since 2009 and apart from his professional command of English, is a certified court interpreter for the German language.

Marko regularly coordinates our due diligence teams and covers regulatory, real estate, corporate and financing issues, review of M&A agreements, obtaining regulatory approvals.
