Luka’s main field of competences include employment law, intellectual property and real estate.

Mr. Stijepović has developed in collaterals – bills of exchange, mortgages and pledges as well as their execution.

Mr. Stijepović has extensive professional experience in labor/employment, dispute resolution and various due diligence reports.

Luka represented clients in HR restructurings including mass redundancies and layoffs, transfer of employees, as well as complex labor disputes and commercial litigations.
Luka communicates in English and Montenegrin.

He has studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro and is admitted to the BAR in Podgorica since 2009.
